Organisational Structure
Bethlahem College of Education is a self-supporting Teacher Training College catering to the needs of the student community pursuing Teacher Education. It is owned and managed by Nesamony Memorial Trust, Karungal. The college was established in November 2005 offering graduate and post-graduate courses in Education. The aim of the managing trust is to impart Quality Teacher Education to the weaker sections of the society with a Christian sense of service.
The Governing Council is the main decision-making body of the Bethlahem College of Education. The responsibilities are:
- To adopt the guidelines and take the decisions necessary to ensure the performance of the tasks entrusted to the Bethlahem College of Education.
- To formulate policy for the development of the institution.
